Job Title: IT Specialist

Locations:  Hometown Bank of PA- Bedford Branch

Education/Training: Associate degree with an emphasis in business related field of study.

Skill(s):  Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations, communicative, and presentation skills; demonstrated critical thinking, problem solving, and deductive reasoning skills; proficient knowledge of banking operations and information technology functions including networking, PC support, telecommunications, etc.

Experience:  A minimum of two (2) years' related experience normally required.

General Responsibilities: Responsible for assisting the Chief Technology Officer in managing the Bank’s technology, including computer and network operating systems, and ensuring all systems are operational, efficient, effective, and compliant; performing various duties to support the electronic banking functions; complying with established operating policies and procedures; communicating with appropriate personnel and support vendors; responding to inquiries or requests for information; maintaining appropriate records and providing assigned reports.

Job Title: Full Time Floating Teller

Locations:  Hometown Bank of PA (Saxton, Martinsburg, Claysburg, and Woodbury) 

Education: High school diploma or equivalent with an emphasis in accounting or business curriculum; additional post-secondary education preferred

Skills: Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient analytical and accounting skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; working knowledge of bank products and services; technical supervisory skills to provide assistance in training of entry level Tellers; moderate PC skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and general banking software; visual and auditory skills; ability to lift items weighing 40 lbs. or less.

Experience:  A minimum of six(6) months' related experience normally required.

General Responsibilities: Responsible for performing a variety of duties to support the paying and receiving function of the branch office; coordinating work within the branch office, as well as with other offices and departments; reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responding to inquiries or requests for information; providing guidance and on-the-job training to Teller I(s); assisting the immediate supervisor with administrative tasks to support branch operations.
